Web芯片学习（Chip Learning）来取代芯片设计可解决上 述矛盾，即采用学习的方法来完成芯片从逻辑设计 到物理设计的全流程。简而言之，Chip Learning 针对 这样一类问题：输入是简单的功能需求描述（或者 芯片的硬件程序），而输出则是电路的物理版图。 Web前期笔者也对这篇论文的背景做了简单的汇总和整理，并发表在西电潘伟涛老师的微信公众号“网络交换FPGA”上，也被“半导体行业观察”等多个公众号转载。而本篇文章主要对《Chip Placement with Deep Reinforcement Learning》做一个简要的技术解读。
