It easier to remove the dash screen and un hook the harness, then push the tabs in on the side and let the switch fall towards the deck.

WebMay 29, 2016 · Got a surprise for you JIM, my 982 Cub Cadet has an electric clutch, it's on or off, engages with a toggle switch. I've put 500 hours on it in the last 15 years, almost all of them mowing and have never had to adjust the clutch. EVER! Engaging the PTO at higher than necessary rpm is just wearing away expensive to replace friction material.
