WebDjango Unchained starts off in 1858. Dr. Schultz says that he used to be a dentist, but started the bounty hunting gig five years prior (which meant he started in 1853). Coincidentally, 1853 also happens to be the same year Paula Schultz died in Kill Bill vol. 2 (as depicted on her tombstone).
