WebAt our rink, Stick and Puck, is usually just a few people practicing shots, passing, skating - mostly with just skates, gloves and of course sticks and pucks. Duffers is a session for pick-up games ( shinny isn't used here). Most guys wear full gear, but a few maybe only shins, gloves, elbows and helmet, a helmet is always required when on ice. WebOur Stick and Puck times are the perfect opportunity for both young and experience hockey players to get some extra practice. Private lessons are permitted during Stick and Puck times. Helmets are required, and are also available for rent.
