Items still kept showing up in the prefetch folder. This even after I had deleted them, or at least the one the system allowed me to do so to. WebMar 26, 2024 · IMO, Microsoft renamed it to SysMain in V1809 or later. Earlier, SuperFetch was the service name and display name was SysMain. Now Microsoft changed the service name to SysMain. So check for SysMain in Services snap-in, it should be available. Hope this answers your query!
